I'm using the file DigiUSB.bix from the Nebula SDK renamed as 
dvb-usb-digitv-01.fw.

Which file in CVS? There isn't a  dvb-usb-digitv-01.fw in dvb-kernel/firmawre.

Yes debugging was activated.

The patch made no difference to the messages produced from a warm start.
