Its just not worth to invest your money in bad hardware, no matter how low the price is. The phasex24 is around 100€ now, but you have to invest at least 300 or better 400 to get something decent and if you want to have something for real: They don't even provide any real specs. Terratec seems to have decayed quite a bit. I have an EWS-MT-88 from them (7 years old now) which is really excellent, but they don't make that kind of cards any more - just the cheap mass-market consumer type stuff.
