Easier is to use the Ardour's ALSA backend (or Dummy) for exporting.

Then again this bug was fixed more than 2 years go upstream in jack2, so
updating jackd is a good idea anyway.

Just play it back and record the master bus output with "timemachine" or
"jack_capture" or some other jack-audio recorder.
