Timur,

Please don't use gnome-ppp during setup trials. It uses a hidden
config file in your home folder ./wvdialconf
Rather use wvdial diffectly when you trying to establish your first
CONNECTs. Its config file is the /etc/wvdial.conf
In the console in which
$ sudo wvdial
is initiated, it can be killed with:
$ Ctrl-c
