Marv,

I have managed to fix this problem. I deleted the account in KPPP,
sudo'd into dolphin, renamed the directory "/etc/resolv.conf", and
created an empty file named the same. After doing this, and
re-creating the account, I can now connect.

However, I still have the problem that eth0 is auto-loaded and has to
be manually closed down before dialling out. How can I prevent this?
