Roby, inside the folder http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/ltmodem/11c11040/ You can find packages for your modem, however for the kernel you have 2.6.27-11-generic there appear to be no packages. If you can boot to previous kernel, then you may install a precompiled package for 11c11040 modem Otherwise, if you like adventure then you can read the following: http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/bigarch/archive-eighth/msg03863.html and try to make your own package.
