Just found in linux.debian.user:
"...let's say you have to dial 0 then pause followed by 123456.
You could use ATDT 0,123456
The komma will cause a pause after dialing the 0. So for wvdial you
would have to edit the config file and append the line
Dial Prefix = 0
and wvdial will automatically add a komma after this."
