I Configured and Installed All Necessary Packages,
In addition, Putted Carrier Check = no in the wvtest
also wvdial.conf.
The Following Massages are Result of Work.
----------------------------------------------

linux:~ # slmodemd /dev/ttyS0
SmartLink Soft Modem: version 2.9.11 Jun 18 2007
10:54:19
symbolic link `/dev/ttySL64' -> `/dev/pts/4' created.
modem `ttyS0' created. TTY is `/dev/pts/4'
Use `/dev/ttySL64' as modem device, Ctrl+C for
termination.
