Hello.

Likely 2.4 doesn't provide interface for realtime capabilities. Whatever, 
kernel-headers derived from 2.4 doesn't have the `__NR_timer_create'.
Slack comes with another kernel-headers package, namely, 
kernel-headers-2.6.18-i386-1.tgz.
I guess if you use it instead of kernel-headers-2.4.33.3-i386-1 the 
compilation should be fine.
