Updated: fixed some dumb bugs, sync with what the kernel actually
supports (eg 64 bit TTBR0/1), gdb can actually read memory again.
Assumes your kernel has the "ARM: KVM: Fix incorrect TTBCR co-proc
register number" patch. (if you don't then gdb memory access won't
work.)
