Since last time: 1) KVM_VCPU_GET_REG_LIST renamed to KVM_GET_REG_LIST. 2) Everything moved into ARM-specific code. Avi made it clear that he's not going to commit to a new general ABI until there's an x86 implementation, so we'll add YA ONE_REG implementation in ARM and we can hoist it later if/when.
