WIP QEMU support for these patches:
git://git.linaro.org/people/pmaydell/qemu-arm.git kvm-arm-onereg
(assumes you have Christoffer's kvm-arm-master with the IRQ ABI
changes with these added on top for the ONE_REG ABI. Also, this
branch rebases.)

Works at least enough to boot a guest kernel so I figured it was
worth putting up for the benefit of anybody interested in testing
your kernel patches. I haven't tried the gdb stub access though,
so we don't exactly stress-test the ABI at all.

(will test more and add the VFP save/load userspace support
tomorrow.)
