I can confirm it, the Win key is now totally useless. Some time ago, I was 
able to use it like Ctrl and Alt for Keyboard Shortcuts, I am really 
missing this.
It should be useable in shortcuts, the popup of the K-Menu did not make 
much sense (even more because it does not work anymore).

Hopefully somebody will fix it.
