configure win key to pop up launch menu on 3.4b

Anyone else running 3.4b1.  I loaded in the slackware packages and the 
first thing I notice is the Win key no longer launches the pop up menu. 
 I can't see how to configure it either.

Can someone running 3.4b1 confirm this problem or suggest how I might 
configure it?
