kpdf links not enabled

It's nice to see the announcement that kpdf is now using xpdf for 
rendering, and I do see an improvement (as good as Xpdf) in 3.3.1. 
However, unlike xpdf, links are not enabled .. I hope the developers 
will make this work as it does in xpdf.
