I'm the Debian maintainer even I'm not a Cyrus-Imapd user (package was
orphaned). I just pushed a new version, please try it (wait a few hours
to see it in unstable).
Thank you Yadd. I have updated our dev server and I see the new
utilities now.

I don't see man pages yet, but that is no problem as I have found them here.

After backing up my personal mailbox (which is on this dev server) AND
enabling core dumps, I will try moving it to the uuid storage using
relocate_by_id.
