Hello, I setup an account in Gmail on Android with username aaa@xxxxxxxxx password abc IMAP and SMTP server mail.aegee.org I can see the emails in Inbox and the sub-folder. I use Cyrus IMAP 3.4 with some patches from the master branch, which I do not understand, but at the time I applied them they looked good. These patches might have no relation, I mention them for completeness.
