Hi,
i have not switched to 3.4 so I have not encountered this, but you could
use cyrus telemetry logging to see which IMAP commands the clients are
sending,
and the replies from your server

Quoting kris240376@xxxxxxxxx:
I've recently migrated my Cyrus IMAP install from 2.5 to 3.4 using
replication and replaced the old mail server with the newer 3.4
server. Things are working great for Thunderbird clients; they are
able to view/move messages like before. But the mobile clients,
Google Mail and iPhone Mail, are not able to see the contents of
their inbox or any folders.
It looks like mobiles devices are able to successfully log onto the
mail server since I can see all of my folders (personal and global)
on my Android device. The logs don't report any failed logins from
those devices either. Clients are just not able to see any messages.
Has anyone else encountered this? How did you resolve it?
