Or they are transformed in non-shared and replicated to each user's destination mailbox. But don't forget Gmail's 500 MB/mbox/day upload limit! That might keep you migrating for a long time. Not sure if there is be an Organisation upload limit, so watch your imapsync logs. Good luck.
