Cyrus to Gmail migration - looking for help and advise

Question: Does anyone have experience migrating to Gmail from Cyrus, using GWMME Google migration tool.  Or, any tool?  Also, can anyone recommend experienced consultants in cyrus>gmail?

We are moving to Gmail so that our users can take full advantage of Gsuite.  Decision is made.  It's a big migration, we've been on Cyrus 20+ years.  We hired a small consulting firm to do some preliminary work and they've been unable to get the migration going in the right direction.

They've been using the GWMME tool from Google.  We intend to use a cyrus admin account, rather than provide passwords for thousands of users.  The consultants haven't been able to figure out namespace in the tool using a cyrus admin account.  This causes LIST operations, etc to fail for the tool.

They can only get it to work providing individual passwords, and even then it's copying shared folders as if they are in user.<> namespace.

We also have the shared mail folder challenge.   How to replace shared IMAP folders in Gmail?

Hope we can hear some success stories from others on the listserv who have specific experience and can give specific advice.  Thanks.
