The EDU team creates a lot of resources <https://www.ietf.org/about/participate/tutorials/> (see also <https://www.ietf.org/about/participate/>.) Some people may prefer a MOOC (I don't) but creating a MOOC is a lot of work, and it is very hard to evolve it afterwards.
