In France some use a source called 'ECDC' standing for European something.

The site 'santé publique' (public health) in France tells:
79360 'cas confirmés dans le monde dont 77253 en Chine'
means 'confirmed cases in the World of which 77253 are in China'
Whereas the site ncov.bii.virginia.edu/dashboard displays:
80357 'Confirmed'
