Personally I have not had problems with the chairs not uploading my slides on time - the problem has more been me providing the slides very late :)

Datatracker already supports this, and many chairs are using this to run their meetings.
If your chair isn’t yet, inform them.
(Some of us prefer consolidated slide decks, in which case the datatracker mechanism helps only partially, but it does help in any case.)
