In my opinion, that means that in case of a "different" court order, the responsibility will fall in the IETF itself, not the transit provider (which in fact, can pass us that responsibility if that's the case). I fully understand that criminals are publishing false information, as ISOC did previously (despite having been informed by ISOC Spain), that looks like the "Spanish Government" (not the Courts), are closing down the "access to github" or ".cat", or whatever. But this is not the case.
