First of all, the *ONLY* time it is ok to use pt for the font sizes in
html is when it is denstined for print.

So using pt in the @media print {} chunk of css is fine.

Using it anywhere else is inappropriate.

Even on the handheld with its not quite 5" display 1em was fine.

That being said, pt/draft-ietf-idr-error-handling-19-responsive.html,
while not perfect, is ok.
