This is a solved problem, but the fact that this hasn't been mentioned yet makes me think that it's not easy to find if you don't go looking for it. http://tools.ietf.org/group/tools/trac/wiki/AtomFeeds It includes the abstract, so one doesn't need to guess by the draft name whether it's something of interest. If anything, it might be nice to further carve up what we offer in RSS so that you can subscribe to feeds by area or by WG, as even with RSS, the signal to noise ratio in the couple of days before draft deadline is almost unmanageable.
