My recollection from a few years ago is that we put various new process BCPs
in front of the ISOC Board and they minuted that they took note of them.
They were specifically not asked to approve them.

It's quite possible that this has been overlooked in some cases. Somebody
would have to grep the ISOC Board minutes to be sure.
