A major design flaw of IPv6 is half hearted support for multihoming with multiple addresses by broken address selection architecture, which causes a lot of operational problems, which is partly why IPv6 is unusable. Disabling 6to4 and/or improving applications may work for some faulty cases, but it's not enough at all.
