That's a bug in the texttable processing code, which I'm currently

If you reference the rfc2629.dtd (as shipping with xml2rfc.tcl), it 
should work out of the box, as rfc2629-xhtml.ent defines that entity.

Otherwise, just substitute with: "&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;".

Out of curiosity: where do you need that?
