May be you should do that: the problem is not what is in the document. But what is not in it. Controls. Rules of approvals. What it replaces. It should not increase but decrease the pile of IETF documents. The outcome also misses the option that we keep and change it. I do not say it will create havoc, but I experimented the IETF enough to know it could block it and how.
