You can get fairly good PDF using rfc2629toFo.xslt (available from <http://greenbytes.de/tech/webdav/rfc2629xslt.zip>) and Apache-Fop. See for instance <http://greenbytes.de/tech/webdav/rfc3986.pdf>.
