Hi Addison, hi all,

First of all thanks for the reviews!

Yes, I think this is just a terminology issue. We discussed trying these additional reviews for relevant drafts at our liaison coordination meetings. So nice to see this is happening now. I guess in future we should be more clear where exactly to send a review. If a documented is in last call than this would be the last call list, however, usually the last call only lasts two weeks and is at the very end of the process. So probably doing the reviews a bit earlier and sending them to the respective wg list is better.

Mirja

You don't often get email from addisoni18n@xxxxxxxxx. Learn why this is important

Ah, got it. It's this one:

It's probably just a mistake in terminology. If you say "nearing Last Call" in the IETF, that means a whole lot of process work upfront, which has not happened for this draft, but has for the other one noted there.

Although I know a fair bit about the IETF process, I'll admit that I saw "discussed on ART" and figured it was somewhere in the review process. I didn't assume that it was last call, but figured they must be mature enough to request our WG to look at them. The status tracker for bormann-MNU didn't indicate such a status. Sorry if this produced any churn or confusion.

Thanks!

Addison
