As with residential ISPs, they may choose to not implement IPv6, and for many users they will not notice a difference.  Except that an ISP not implementing IPv6 in 2024 is probably also not doing other things that they should, or doing those things poorly.  It’s a barometer of capability.

As Brian says, if there are issues, they need to be documented.
