There is the following clause in a RFP which was issued in 2011:

  "Vendor shall provide world-class IP support ? IPv4 and IPv6. All IT
   services should be accessible from IPv4 and IPv6, with no difference
   in performance, quality, delay, and support."

The contract, which also covered mailing lists services, was awarded to Association Management Solutions. The contract was renewed over the years. I don't remember seeing any SLA issue listed in the reports which were sent to this mailing list. Were there any report of a SLA issue during the plenary?
