This is very compelling. Adam's argument that - while the action would not be covered by a BCP - we can agree to exceptional actions in exceptional circumstances is equally compelling. We managed that successfully for last year's NomCom. We can do so again. I support the implementation of a blanket ban in this specific case. Our procedural requirements should be satisfied by another last call. I request that the IESG start that call.
