As Chairman Alvestrand has clearly stated, IETF email lists are not to be used for making complaints. One is not supposed to make complaints to the DNSOP list. The only exception to this rule is the main IETF list which has administrative discussion as its purpose.
I do not recognize that as anything I have said. Please point to the quote.
