You might want to wait until the end of Last Call so that all comments
are made against the same version, even if the same comments are made
more than once. Some ADs like this approach, others like the I-D to be
updated as it goes.

Waiting until the window opens is fine.


I do not know what the answer is for addresses in IPv4 examples, short
of writing an I-D to ask IANA to assign a block (when the submission
window opens:-). This is not an issue for most WG but seems to be so
here. I see other uses of 225. but think that wrong.

Please take a look at rfc6676 (Multicast Addresses for Documentation).

Ah yes, thank you for the correction. I had looked in IANA and had not recognised the designation of MCAST-TEST-NET although I also searched the rfc index which has (too-:( many instances of multicast
and I missed that one.
