No. It means that we need to make a plan for those changes. You can't review what isn't there. My bad wording.

better material in a more timely fashion?

NEWTRK, ICAR, EDU and the PROTO efforts all have capable leaders who are not critical-path resources for the AdminRest effort.


I believe that the AdminRest activities are, in the long run, critical for making it possible for the IETF to produce better material in a timely fashion. So I'm devoting considerable time to it, as is Leslie.

I believe we are making the best use of resources that we can make based on our judgment. If you have a specific suggestion to make, make it.
