It's good to have _ALL_ the information.  For example, some may be surprised to find out that this IESG action has not propery followed BCP 83.  You will notice that in section 2 [1] the #2 bullet says:

2.  it is published as an IESG last call on the IETF general
       discussion list;

And the IETF general discussion list seen here [2] to be: https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/ietf

And this action was posted on a different list making this action void.  But please be on guard, it is entirey probable that Ted Hardie could make a "Tiny Update to BCP 83" to "fix" this issue.
