I don't consider the suggested new list worth the
effort. Nor would it be terrible.

I somewhat agree with those who worry about this
pattern: "subset of people have problem with list
traffic => correct answer is make new list and
split traffic between new and old lists."

A bit of de-duping and reducing the frequency of
announcing the now much more common interim meetings
would be good. (A weekly summary message of all
scheduled interims could be an option.)
