Really? Things have certainly changed since I last attended an IAB workshop, then. Workshop reports aren't in he said/she said form but I'm unaware of any rule about revealing who said what.

P.S. I would be very concerned about an IAB workshop whose activity was constrained by national regulations of any kind.
