The f2f part is simply not true for the next two years; please see RFC8989.

So does the "power structure" in the IETF. -- the very requirement to be
a NOMCOM member favor those who attend the f2f meetings, which tend to
be sponsored by larger companies. Similarly, there seems to be a bias in
leadership positions towards larger companies.
