Thanks for some facts, Jay. In July 2019, ietf@ had 1781 members and last-call@ didn't exist. In July 2020, ietf@ had 1799 members and last-call@ had 1504 members. Now ietf@ has 1780 members. Let's not panic. (But we don't know how many list members have delivery suspended.)
