That's incorrect. Most people in US are just comfortable to
say black/dark with negative meaning, against which some US
people (seemingly mostly whites) are arguing against trying
to use, in vain, IETF as a tool to validate their points.

IMHO, they should use better tool where opinions of whites
are unconditionally accepted.
