Dan, as far back as 2013, the IESG adopted, and the IETF accepted, a policy on anti-harrassment that recognizes that speech can be harmful. It seems clear to me that the community disagrtees with your perspective on this. And the community clearly has the right and responsibility to set behavioral standards for its members.
