How could you know if does not yet exist?

We can discuss facts and theories of how it would work.  But no one can actually test how it does work, because it does not exist yet.

The comparison of setting POP accounts in an email client and popping the email, versus subscribing to that many bulk email lists and popping the email, is not useful because no email client has yet been designed to optimize popping from many anonymous POP accounts.
