Checking if signed mail works now

A couple of systems at the secretariat were upgraded. I'm just curious to 
see if we got the MIME-damaging bug as a side effect.

(btw, if you saw major delays on IETF lists recently - the upgrade was the 
result of observing the delay. It shouldn't be happening any more.)
