Hi 
Exactly, my "english" translated to "plain ole scottish" :-) 

Cannot say what may be a reasonable value for X however. I would almost
say that this is more to make the implementor aware of the risk that
feedback takes up an unreasonable amount of the bandwidth for some
services unless some additional limit is applied.
