The evdev kbd map.  We need a new keyboard layout that doesn't screw up
evdev, and it should be made the default map for evdev.  See evdev(4).

This is something you can probably help fix, by writing that keymap,
actually.  It uses the standard xorg XKB layer, and you can force evdev to
use it.

I don't have the time to pursue the userspace side of these things, so I'd
appreciate if someone else would...
