That sounds fine to me. defconfig is supposed to include description of
all the build configuration parameters that may have reasonable use
cases. At times, I have left out some parameters that have been only for
testing purposes or where the functionality is not yet ready to be
recommended for production use. As far as the parameter being commented
out or not is concerned, there does not seem to be very clear reasons
for the current combination. I guess most of the uncommented parameters
make sense in most use cases, but there are number of commented items
that would probably make more sense to uncomment nowadays.
